SHNA BYLAWS REVISED JUNE 26, 2011
At the
Annual Meeting on Sunday, June 26, 2011 the SHNA Board of Directors
presented five (5) amendments to the Bylaws for consideration by the
membership:

A motion
was introduced to the membership to approve the proposed amendments. The
proposed amendments were approved and became effective immediately.

Revised SHNA Bylaws are attached
herein.
